{"id":135,"date":"2023-01-30T09:18:57","date_gmt":"2023-01-30T09:18:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ieee-cyber.org\/2023\/?page_id=135"},"modified":"2023-02-16T06:59:14","modified_gmt":"2023-02-16T06:59:14","slug":"submission-for-review","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ieee-cyber.org\/2023\/submission-for-review\/","title":{"rendered":"Submission For Review"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Full Paper Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The IEEE CYBER 2023 is now calling for initial submissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attention:&nbsp;Authors should submit a full paper (4 to 6 pages) for review by Initial Submission deadline , and will be considered for&nbsp;the best paper awards.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/softconf.com\/n\/ieee-cyber2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Submission System<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are going to submit a single PDF that has to conform to the manuscript preparation guidelines. In particular, you should use the provided templates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paper size: As for IEEE conferences, the paper size for submission must be A4.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paper format: Two-column format in the IEEE style is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Page limit: For the first submission, a manuscript can be of 4-6 pages for paper and 2 pages for extended abstract. For the final submission, a manuscript should be of 4-6 pages, with 2 additional pages allowed but at an extra charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/ieee-cyber.org\/2022\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Template-for-Preparation-of-Papers-for-IEEE-Sponsored-Conferences12.docx\">Abstract Word Template<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/ieee-cyber.org\/2022\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Latex-Template1.zip\">ABSTRaCT LATEX TEMPLATE<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>PDF file: A manuscript file needs to be converted into its PDF version for submission. Please limit the size of the PDF file to be 5 Mb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAYOUT OF ABSTRACT:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Margin requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Paper size<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>A4<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Top margin<\/td><td>36.6 mm<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Bottom margin<\/td><td>19 mm<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Side margin<\/td><td>19 mm<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manuscript should NOT contain any 1) Page numbers; 2) Headers; 3) Footers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Author List<\/strong>. The author names should be listed in the order of First Name, Middle Name or Initial (if any), and then Last (Sir) Name. DO NOT indicate any membership UNLESS the author is a member of the IEEE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Figures<\/strong>. Ensure every figure in your paper is clear enough, with a standard of 300 dots per inch (dpi).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>References<\/strong>. Refer to the template file below for the IEEE style of reference citations. Please do NOT use reference styles from publications of other societies or organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NOTE: The above basic adherence to layout specifications is expected. However, you are free to use good judgment in the presentation of your information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u2013 EXTENDED ABSTRACT TEMPLATE:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You may download the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-cyber.org\/2022\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Template-for-Preparation-of-Papers-for-IEEE-Sponsored-Conferences1.docx\">Extended Summary Template<\/a>&nbsp;as an aid for your formatting. This is only a standard template from the IEEE.
