Registration Fees

At least one author should register to the conference (with payment) by Jun 22 and attend the Conference to present the paper.

All presenters and onsite attendees must register online.

The registration fee covers the following:

  1. One full registration (i.e., student registrations are NOT full registrations) covers a maximum of two accepted papers by the same registered author. A student registration (applies to both IEEE Student Members and Non-Member Students) covers only one accepted paper. An additional CNY2000 (USD280) must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors.
  2. Each registration include access to electronic proceedings, 1 sets of meals tickets. Drinks and food served at the coffee breaks are also free to all registered attendees.
  3. For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay CNY1350 (USD190) per page for the extra pages to be included in the conference proceedings.

  1. Complete the payment by bank transfer or alipay.
  2. Make sure screencap the payment proof after payment completed.
  3. Complete the online registration form and upload the payment proof image at the following form.

Refund Policy

  1. 50% of paid registration fees will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made on/before June 30, 2025.
  2. No refund will be given if cancellation is made after June 30, 2025.
