In light of the present circumstances related to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, the IEEE-CYBER 2020 will be hosted as a combination of  physical conference and virtual conference. For attendees from Mainland China, you should attend the conference in person. For attendees from other countries and regions, you can join and present at the conference via internet.

At least one author should register to the conference (with payment) by Sept 15 and attend the Conference to present the paper.

All presenters and attendees must register online.

Registration procedures:

3. Complete the payment of individual registration payment.
4. Complete extra paper / extra page fee  payment (if any).

* The registration fee covers the following:

1. One full registration (i.e., student registrations are NOT full registrations) covers a maximum of two accepted papers by the same registered author. A student registration (applies to both IEEE Student Members and Non-Member Students) covers only one accepted paper. An additional CNY2000 must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors.
2. Each registration include 1 CD (or USB) Proceedings, 1 sets of meals tickets. Drinks and food served at the coffee breaks are also free to all registered attendees.
3. For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay CNY1350 per page for the extra pages to be included in the conference proceedings.
4. For registrant of IEEE-CYBER2020 conference, you are free to attend the Workshop on Manufacture Automation（CUSMA2020）which will be held on 10 October 2020.
